Francisco Mar was found in possesion of over 700 fake facebook accounts.
Authorities in Brownsville dismantled a laptop he had pawned.
A victims outcry of vicious bullying from frank and a confrotation at recent taqueria resulted in a warrant for Mr Mar.
After a quick scuffle he was detained by brownsville police.
