Richard W. Nichols was arrested on the evening of Friday, march 10th, 2017 for selling marijuana to a minor and possessing more than 10 grams of marijuana at one time. Multiple drug paraphernalia was also seized on the scene of the arrest. When asked to step out of his vehicle Richard refused and attempted to drive away hitting a dog and pedestrian. As of now both the dog and owner are in stable condition. Pending charges for assault will be discussed on his upcoming court date of march 14th 2017.
