Mother of Zariah, Danielle Starks (33) , was going to Family Dollar with Zariah (14) when she lost control of the wheel and spinned onto the sidewalk and crashed into an abandoned house. Danielle is now in critical condition at ECMC Hospital. Zariah was also rushed to ECMC & passed away minutes later.
