Winter Storm Stella is expected to drop record snowfall across much of the northeastern United States. The highest impact is expected to be in the higher elevations of Fayette County, where forecasters are predicting accumulations of four to five feet. The small town of Mill Run is expected to be buried in snow for around a week. Timing of this storm is still up for debate, but it will hit sometime early this coming week.
