Notorious panty sniffer strikes again ! This Time at a local IHOP in the middle of their pancake celebration ! Witnesses describe him shoveling stacks of pancakes down his throat as if he was Garfield! He appeared to be "unstoppable "according to one witness. " I knew something was up when I watch to wipe the excess syrup that was left on his beard on his sleeve and walk towards the restroom area ". The photo above shows the suspect just using his fingers as pistols as if he was shooting at a nearby patrons . He was last seen speeding away in a pink Mini Cooper.
