New Castle (AP): With the recent emergency conditions concerning the snow battered region, a local children's orphanage had no means to get much needed medical supplies. Only one person, or should we say animal, had the courage to drive the medical supplies to the orphanage in the almost impassable roads that no other man was brace enough to try. A local dog, from Sharpsville, decided it was up to her to save the lives of over 140 sick children at the New Castle orphanage. The six year old Boston Terrie said of her feat, "It had to be done, I couldn't live with their deaths on my conscious, it was well worth the milkbone treats and being asked who's a good girl". It's believed that all the orphans will survive getting the much needed medical supplies.
