Devanee Taylor, of Louisville, Ohio was arrested for impersonating a famous snowman. She apparently was drunk and was seen by witnesses yelling "No I don't want to build a snowman!" She then threw snowballs at police and had to be wrestled to the ground. She is awaiting arraignment in a juvenile facility. More charged may be filed when they find the rest of Elsa's body.
