24 year old, kincade native Shawn Michael Philpot was incarserated Tuesday night at a local restaurant, Pats Pool Room, after leaving the facility civilians said that the young man had appeared to been creating a disturbance with a Elk.
Police arrived on the scene and apprehended young Pillphot.
Philpot has been lodged into the CCDC.
