Aston, Pa A 21-year-old man has been charged with indecent exposure after allegedly exposing himself while being detained for shoplifting at the Aston, PA Target store.
Dave Reinmiller has been charged with a felony because he's been convicted of indecent exposure in the past.
The incident reportedly occurred Marxh 15. A guard told authorities he saw Reinmiller take merchandise from the store that day and head for the exit without paying, according to court records.
The guard detained Reinmiller and walked him back into the store, intending to take him to the loss-prevention office, Aston police say.
He then, over the guard's objections, lifted his shirt over his head and pulled his pants down, exposing his genitalia to several Target employees and customers, according to Aston police reports.
Reinmiller was released on a $10,000 secured bond pending trial.
