Alisha Longstaff, 13 from Stanley Co. Durham has been caught dealing cannabis outside the premises of Asda by PC Gayle, he added: "I was just in the car patrolling the area and saw the young girl waiting for ten minutes and eventually handed a bag of cannabis to a young man, 5ft 3in, dark hair and glasses, who is still unknown."
