College Park (Fulton County) teen denied jail time in murder case

Authorities have identified the suspects in the shooting that accused at the 1800 block of Carson drive. Fulton County teen, Jordan Haines (14), will not be charged in the murder of the five (5) indivuals killed. Authorities say Haines had a 9mm. pistol, Desjuan Harris (17) had an AK-47, Devonte Ivory (23), also had an AK-47, and Robert Grey (23) had a high-powered Mac-11. Haines was released to his grandmother (Dianne Collier), and is to report to the Fulton County courthouse every 3rd and 17th of every month for the next six months. The suspect's family says "we have had trouble with Jordan since middle school, but never thought he would do something like this." The other three (3) suspects that were with Haines is sentenced to life in the Fulton County prison. Haines said "I was just paying back for them killing my brother."
