Tanfield Student Connor David James Piggford was caught 'Beating his meat' in Tesco Anfield Plain. This Student was seen by a member of the public, this 83 year old man stated 'The act was rather intimidating, the young boy was stood naked in one of the toilets with the door open, when he seen me he just stared at me and still carried on.
