Police are on the lookout for a Elco man. Tony lucketti, 24 of Elco is wanted on charges of Mopery, or the act of exposing your genitalia to a blind person. He answers to the name "Porkchop" and is to be considered extremely dangerous if you are a blind person or just happen to wear dark sunglasses and own a dog. If you have any information on the whereabouts of this individual, you are to contact the RESA police department,Do not try to apprehend this particular individual yourself because you run the risk of seeing and or touching his junk.
