Ahmed Abdi (20) of Washington State University Tri Cities was caught on footage stealing phone cases at Pasco Walmart Supercenter on Monday. Walmart loss prevention employees have identified his face from the surveillance footage and traced back his ownership to the getaway car, a grey Honda Civic. If you have any information leading to his whereabouts, please contact Pasco Police Department.
