Police are looking for this man who is wanted for criminal damage.
Last Saturday night, witnesses tell police he was seen talking to a bin, before unleashing a deadly assault of headbutts on the stationary object. Some witnesses admit the reaction may have been provoked by the bin vigorously staring the man down, whilst failing to answer wen the man asked 'what are you staring at?'.
