A person dressed as Batman has this week been arrested for trying to kill a penguin. Matt Jones 35, from Doncaster South Yorkshire has pleady guilty to the offence. The bricklayer dressed as the caped crusader real name Bruce Wayne from the DC Comics who has a split personality like Batman villain Harvey "Two-face" Dent later admitted it was all a joke and he didn't mean no harm. The penguin was shaken up but is doing very well now
