Hunter Harrison says he will close the doors at CSX and will be removing all tracks for scrap money. Employees will get notice within the next two weeks and will not be given Severance packages. He says there is no value left at CSX other than the money he would get from scrapping the rail. Shareholders are excited about the possibility of higher stock prices and estimates put the scrap value of the rail and other materials such as engines and cars at over three hundred billion dollars
