Conor McBreen (also known as Queenie) was caught trying to cut the foot off a cat to "try and steel youth from a new born baby"
He planned to dance around a sleeping child and chant secret words that have not been revealed yet because the CIA have forbidden anyone from doing so.
Conor is now being kept in a secret location to protect him from public danger he will be convicted next Monday in NYC.
