Sam Brown, 20, has been caught speeding on the M20 at 8.30pm on Saturday 25th March. The driver obviously thought the road was dead empty and no-body was around to pay attention to see him do 100mph down the motorway. He was seen racing a silver Audi who was also weaving in and out of the lanes and traffic. The lad was driving skoda fabia number plate "EU53FTT" we will be looking forward in having a chat with Sam Brown shortly.
