Ben Chamberlain, 24, arrested for the shooting on a park in Lowestoft, Suffolk. During an interview, Chamberlain explained that there was a dispute between 3 other people one being a female. He later confessed to recent usage of Cocaine, MDMA, Cannabis and methamphetamine. He has been remanded in police custody and a court hearing will be scheduled for the 3rd of June for sentencing. Police said "the attack was uncalled for considering it was a minor dispute, drugs tests have been carried out and there is also an ongoing investigation to uncover any traces of a tough past.
