Man named as Peter Couch from Neath was picked up by police this morning for offering children sweets outside bargain booze in the city centre. Peter was caught leaving spar just further up the road with a packet of Haribo sweets and proceeded to walk down the road about 100 meters to where bargain booze is located. When the arresting officer PC Davies approached the offender, he took off on foot towards the train station but was finally apprehended in the car park. Peter is now on remand for a similar offence back in 2015 to which he was let out of prison for good behaviour. Majority of the locals that know Peter from the bars and pubs in the centre were hurling abuse at him when they found out what he had done but one local mentioned Peter goes under the name of James Davies on social media so angry parents can't find him. Let's hope this will stop the predator.
