William Hockey,18, a Gravesend Grammar student has been granted 70 million pounds to cover the cost of removing a large proportion of his huge head. It will reportedly take 16 years and 20,000 highly skilled medical staff to remove just the first 1000kg of Williams cranium. The time for the whole operation to be completed is still unknown and will be disclosed at a later date, it is estimated that it will take almost 22 generations of doctors to finally free William of such a life hindering burden.
