A 911 call was made from a female stating her boyfriend was beat with a ball bat. Upon arrival they found a male laying in the street. The individual was airlifted to the hospital and is in critical condition. Shortly after officers located and tried stopping a vehicle matching the description. They then was sent on a high speed chase from Middletown to Fort Madison, Iowa. Upon search of the vehicle officers found a baseball bat containing blood. Naomi Kirchner age 16 was then taken into custody. She is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
