A daingean man by the name of Declan Gallagher has been arrested in connection with a unlicensed firearm and cocaine charges . The man in he's early 20s has no previous convictions. He is in custody in tullamore Garda station and is on trail on Wednesday morning. Rte were talking to Mr Damien Campbell after the arrest and Mr Campbell is in server shock over Mr Gallagher. Mr Campbell said this is not like Declan Gallagher I have fished with the man and drank with him and he never said anything to me about the firearm. Mr Gallagher said to garda at the arrest there not mine u got the wrong Gallagher it's the one in Australia. Garda are investigating the case .
