You hear that sound? You better take cover, because the Cartersville Twisters are about to twist to the top. The CTG optional mens gymnastics team took regionals by storm this year. With three Regional Champions and the same three National Qualifiers. You might be wondering why you still have to watch out, well that is because there is still more to come. Sabra Hester who placed 2nd in the state on the uneven bars, vault, floor, and in the all-around still has to compete regionals and plans to take the gold. She placed 19th overall in the state out of 300+ level 6 gymnasts along with being 2nd in her age division. Along with Sabra, there is another optional girl competing at the upcoming regionals, Lily Scott, who will be competing level 7. This is not even half of what's to come, the same weekend the compulsory level boys will go to regionals and compete, also included the XCEL levels will compete state and try to qualify to regionals. They have all this to come and more for the National Qualifiers, Brody Malone, Wil Getchell, and Danilo Viciana, will go on to comepete at nationals in a few months. Brody Malone was very close to bringing home the gold from nationals this year and everyone knows he can do it this year.
