LEVELLAND, TEXAS - Two local men, aged 27 and 33, were caught Thursday evening finger popping each other's behinds next to the Levelland water tower.
Both suspects have been reprimanded and taken into custody where they await trial. Being the first crime of its heinous nature, city officials are urging all officers who were called to the scene to undergo an extensive psychological evaluation.
Locals will be allowed to visit the crime scene Friday between 7am and 2pm to mourn and place flowers.
