A local man is wanted for commitment to Clifton T Perkins mental center for evaluation after several women became suspicious of a "dr" going door to door making house calls. Dr Billy Thomas claims to be a podiatrist offering specialized podiatry services. The women complained that his flyers and business cards looked very professional so their suspicions weren't alerted until he became noticably " aroused" in the "sniff test" segment of his exam. After questioning the suspect further, about the fee for the exam their suspicions became heightened when he actually offered THEM a $100.00 fee to perform additional foot related services for them and pulled out a bankroll of monopoly money too provide payment and the game "operation" to use as his physician tools. If you encounter the subject please do not attempt to capture him by setting a foot fetish trap as that has been known to set off his nervous ticks which include barking like a dog and leg humping.
