Officials say multiple witnesses spotted the bank robber Fat Bebbu near the Bostic park with Bezuel Baziki and Snowayn Anoos. The notorious criminal was reportedly headed toward the Lincoln Center, where he had been weeks earlier in a rare musical performance.
