The owner of DayPres Photography was apprehended Sunday morning at 2 a.m. After numerous calls have come in of her, Michele Byrd, trespassing on people's property to get that "perfect" shot. Two police officers had to chase her down on foot after she left her vehicle in the middle of town. She was apprehended about an hour later in the historical part of town. Her bond is set at $50,000.
