Locals around the Dolphin Island Parkway have stated to have seen Milam traveling in that area in a late model, black ford pickup with goats in the back.Sometimes spotted with a "little person" who seems to be Russian from what reports have read. Any information leading to the capture of these two people, you are asked to contact your local authorities
