The city of Terre Haute, IN., the county seat of Vigo county has taken the issue of recreational marijuana usage to the city council. On 4-20-17 the city council unanimously approved a local ordinance decriminalizing recreational usage of Marijuana, effective immediately. And is moving forward to fully legalize recreational marijuana usage, and possession up to 10 grams of the plant for personal usage.
