Multi Sport letterman in Football and Baseball , Tariq Carr (18) has been arrested after his Ponzi Scheme was exposed. He received hundreds of thousands of what people thought were investments into local businesses , was actually going into his pocket and fueling his underground drug system . We was busted Friday night with several pounds of drugs ranging from Cocaine to tooth paste boxes stuffed with Maurijuana .
