21 year old Zach Barnes, was arrested last week for taking his neighbours pets, numerous calls were made to the police stating their pets would go missing for a day and show up the following day. A couple who lived down the street set up surveillance cameras and found Zack climbing the fence, to grab their dog. When confronted, Zach claimed no one deserves those pets , so he takes them out everyday to have 'fun' , since the owners never do. He says he's doing them a favour, he saw no harm in it.
Charges were pressed for pet napping,
5 cats , and 4 dogs, even a rabbit was involved.
Police have yet given a time sentencing but Zach is now in custody until further notice.
