Local teen shot in the head. Witnesses say the kids nickname was "chapo" no names will be dropped by police. Police are under investigation in Lakota point. Witnesses say the 14 year old was minding his business when 3 men walked up to him and shot 3 times. Another witness says he started running when he had got shot. Witnesses also say it was around 6:30 when he got shot. No further reports have been made.
