A young teenager was seen helping a group of early 20 year old hot-wire a car it clear that they were relatives. The young girl was seen wearing a pair of black high-waisted jeans and a black transparent crop top. The males were wearing black Adidas/Nike trackies. We have managed to find the young girls Facebook profile. If anyone see's these people following these descriptions please contact the police.
