Local Man captured after bizarre chase, in animal abuse cases

CONVOY-At 2:33pm local Sheriff released a press release, that Shane Barnes wanted in Gross Animal Abuse a tier 2A-B3 felony, was captured outside of Convoy Oh, a small hamlet 20 miles from Ft. Wayne Indiana. At approximately 10:30am local deputy Richard Johnson spotted Mr. Barnes riding a donkey, south west on Convoy Road. Deputy Johnson ordered Mr. Barnes to stop, he instead took off through a field on the donkey. The donkey was later spotted by the deputy, at a local diary farm. A K-9 unit was brought in to search the farm. Mr. Barnes, was located about an hour later hiding in a manure holding tank, naked, with a lipstick penis drawn on his chest. Deputy Johnson, said Mr. Barnes came out with out a fight, but he never smelt a human being smell so bad. Local fire station was on scene, with a pumper truck, and used 4,200 gallons of water to clean Mr. Barnes.
