19 year ol Hernan Serratos was arrested Saturday night for slapping 25 hoes. He said he was tired of these hoes so he went out to the liquor store on state street and bought Hennessy. That Saturday night around 11 pm Serratos got drunk and started slapping every hoe he approached.
His bail his been set at $5,000
