Mark Jones has recently been spotted out side multiple primary schools in the Cardiff area. He is seen at the end of the school day standing against his white holding a sign that says sweet shop in back of van all sweets under £1.50 per bag. Once a child is inside he slams the door locking them inside. He proceeds to take the children in to his house and lock them in the attic of his house where he gives them one glass of water everyday and waits for them to starve to death. If Mark Jones is spotted please report him to the Police. Thank You.
