Teri Esparza, 48, of Fresno was arrested for impersonated Loosie Foosie making Ducky Faces. It is reported that she is the Queen of the Loosies Foosie Man-Hater Fan Club and has been on the run for months from the Fresno Police Dept.
Chief Jerry Dyer had this to say about Ms. Esparza, "Wow, just wow, that's all I can say about her. But I want the good citizens of Fresno and surrounded areas to know, you can rest assure, we will find her. We do not tolerate Men-Hater Clubs in our city that make ducky faces."
Please do not comfort her if seen, she is consider armed and dangerous, and has been known to use her evil ducky faces on unsuspected men!
