Two Great white sharks have been spotted at the headwaters of the Kentucky river yesterday by the mayer of Beattyville James Ray Coomer. While mowing the back street yesterday Mayer Coomer noticed something protruding out of the water. He was able to get off the mower and capture the following image.
Kentucky Fish and Wildlife were contacted but refused to speak on the subject. Some have speculated they have been placed there to consume catfish due the late night meowing that has been keeping the citizens of Beattyville awake at night.
