A new study out of Purdue University shows that adults over the age of 18 that use slang such as lit, legit, tragic and turnt have lower IQ's that their non slang using counterparts. The study continues to state that said adults that cut back on their slang usage passed higher in IQ tests within a six month period compared to how they scored before. The result of this suggests not using any slang will make you a likable happy less tragic person. One person given this information was quoted as saying "Thats legit".
