It was a beautiful Saturday for a fishing contest at Lake Santee. These two men, Gary Fontaine and Tony McGill essential were known at this lake as the team to beat. This Saturday was no different. They said they decided to try a new spot neat the dam. It took pair almost two hours to bring this monster of a fish to shore. They were on their boat fighting just to keep from breaking the line. Tony slide the boat to shore using their trolling motor. When he got close to shore he grabbed the net to capture the monster fish. The best he could do was to drag him to the rocky edge. That is where the both jump in the water and wrestled him to shore.
