Charles Sparks was arrested the morning of July 4th for producing, and selling, illegal moonshine. The two year investigation came to a conclusion when undercover ATF agents purchased two gallons of the moonshine from Mr. Sparks. "Although the shine was high quality it is still against the law", one agent commented. There were also large amounts of firearms found in the crawl space of the home. More details will follow when they are released.
