While doing his yearly hay cutting, a local farmer encountered more than he bargained for. The man who wishes to remain anonymous snapped this picture Monday on Barkers Ridge road in Milton WV. He reported the occurrence with the estimated 8 foot tall creature to the West Virginia DNR, and Cabell county sheriffs department. The incident is still under investigation with the authorities and no other details are available yet.
