Crime Watch Coordinator arrested for impersonating officer

A local man has been charged with impersonating a police officer while serving as his communities Crime Watch Coordinator in Noblesville, Indiana. On Wednesday, a complaint was received from a Block Captain stating that Scott Gregg, 42, was driving his teal pickup truck while making siren noises to pull over a underage child on a tricycle. The parents approached the Block Captain, who contacted the non emergency number for Hamilton County.

Noblesville Police then questioned Gregg, who claimed as Crime Watch Coordinator of Deer Path of Noblesville, he was just trying to make the streets safe. Gregg was issued a citiation to appear. Hamilton County Prosecuters decided to charge Gregg with a Felony count of impersonating an police officer.

Gregg currently owns unlicensed and uninsured, Scott's Handyman Service based out of his home. When contacted by Breakingnews247, Gregg said he has received a bag of dicks in the mail and a bag of shit in his truck since the incident occurred but claims, "Everyone here really likes me!".
