Yorvic Mancio,40, from Phoenix, was arrested late last night near 11th Avenue and Van Buren. Police were called by several witnesses stated that Mr. Mancio was seen wearing a sign around his neck that read, "Free Blow Jobs!" What made matters worse, Mr. Mancio was soliciting any male that would walk by and offer free blow jobs or a hand job. Jose Sanchez, a witness to the crime told police that on his nightly jog, he noticed a man in a pink leather thong, screaming, "Free Blow Jobs" and when he turned and noticed the sign around his neck, he realized that he needed to call police and get this guy off the streets. Mr. Mancio was booked in the 4th avenue jail and is awaiting charges on Public Exposure, Lewd Acts, and Solicitation. Mr. Mancio has prior charges of solicitation as a male prostitute and is facing 5-15 years in prison.
