Recently hikers in a popular Mt.Airy community stumbled onto some sparkling rocks in a creek bed and joked that it appeared to be gold!!
To their surprise the small amount they had certified at a local gold exchange said the net worth after processing was $3,800 worth of gold. The three gold miners refused to be named or disclose the park or specific area. Jo kesonyou says he knows the place well and is getting his metal detector out!
