On July 10th at 11 p.m. Joe Ludwig was observed taking a Shit on his neighbors lawn while jamming out to Heavy Metal then proceeded back to his garage where he started up his race car up & woke the whole neighborhood up.
When officers arrived Ludwig was questioned why he had done such a thing?
Ludwig replied because all my neighbors are Ass-Holes and they are idiots.
As the investigation proceeded the officers determined that Ludwig was right, his neighbors were Ignorant Ass-Holes
The officers talked to Ludwig about his Coronet then proceeded to take all his neighbors into custody where they are awaiting bail to be set at Ludwigs discretion which is expected to be 10 million dollars each offender cash or bond
