A woman has been caught on video defecating in broad daylight. The video shows the woman casually dropping her trousers and defecating in a busy Burntisland street. The woman is described to be in her 40's with short dark hair and was last seen heading towards the train station with another female pushing a wheel chair.
One onlooker who doesn't want to be named said " she jist came walkin along fae there, dropped her kegs n took this big massive S@T n walked away like nothing had happend and thats jist black even ma dug dizny dae that ".
Mrs Muirhead 72 who caught it on Video said " I had been trying out my new phone my Grandson had bought me when i seen this lady acting suspicious so i took a picture incase something sinister was going on as you need to be carefull in this day and age, it wasn't till later on i was pressing buttons when the video started playing i realised i had caught it on Video. All i can say is what a vile human being, I have no words ".
Jo Meldrum from Fife Council who also seen the video that is circulating around social media sites issued this statement " If anybody has any information on the Female in the Video are urged to pass it on to Police Scotland Incident Number S73825. This act needs punished and a £250 will be given by Fife Council and will be dealt with by Police Scotland respectfully.
