Sevier County, TN is a popular tourist destination. That may change once this goes into effect. Starting in August 2017 ALL restaurants in Sevier County will be removing the option for customers to choose how much they would like to tip. Instead a 18 percent Grautuity will be automatically included on the bill. This comes after a massive petition was put together and presented, it is intended to keep customers from leaving low tips or "stiffing" their server by leaving no tip.
